Conditions of Sale

These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Fotoshed website.

1. Print Products

• All print products are custom-made.
• Once proofs, edits, or changes have been approved by the customer, the order is considered final.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available for print products after approval, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Other Products (Non-Print)

• Non-print products may be eligible for return or exchange only if they are:
  • In original packaging
  • Unopened and unused
• Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can assess and resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Conditions of Sale limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
