Rodneys Photography
(Including Fotoshed and Minto Fast Photos)
All photo prints, canvas prints, acrylic prints, enlargements, and other printed media supplied by Rodneys Photography, Fotoshed, and Minto Fast Photos are custom-made products, produced specifically to the customer’s approved order.
Customers are required to review and approve their images during the proofing stage prior to printing. Once approval is given and production has commenced, refunds or returns are not available for change of mind, including but not limited to:
- Image selection
- Cropping or composition
- Colour preference
- Size or product choice
This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which does not require refunds for change of mind on custom-made goods.
Faults, Damage & Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, customers must notify us within 48 hours of collection or delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, Rodneys Photography, Fotoshed, or Minto Fast Photos will, as appropriate:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with the same item, or
- Provide a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Minor variations in colour, brightness, or finish caused by screen calibration, printing processes, or material characteristics are not considered faults.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is required under Australian Consumer Law. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Timeframes for replacement or exchanged items may vary depending on location and carrier.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Rodneys Photography, Fotoshed, and Minto Fast Photos are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
By approving proofs and placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.
