Kodak Professional Portra 800 is a high-speed, daylight-balanced colour negative film designed for demanding and low-light shooting conditions. With a nominal sensitivity of ISO 800/30°, it offers excellent underexposure latitude and can be effectively pushed to ISO 1600 while maintaining image quality, along with extended highlight and shadow detail.
Portra 800 delivers vivid yet natural colour saturation with low overall contrast, producing accurate colour reproduction and pleasing skin tones. Its micro-structure optimised T-GRAIN emulsion provides fine grain, high sharpness, and excellent edge detail. Kodak’s advanced development accelerators and antenna dye sensitisation further enhance scanning and enlarging performance.
Well suited for photographing moving subjects and working in challenging lighting, Portra 800 combines speed, flexibility, and true colour accuracy.
